SLEEPING BEAUTY - launching the mini series!

Hello and welcome back to the Savvy 'n' Sassy blog today.

This week I am running a series about sleep, something I am certainly deprived of! Reading all your emails and concerns, it is really apparent that I am not alone! There are millions of us women walking around in a zombified state yet still somehow getting through the day and being super heroes!
because of this I have been researching various aspects of sleep to find out how it affects us and what we can do about it. The result of my research is a "SLEEP MINI SERIES" for you.

So here is how this mini series is going to pan out;
1. Why a Good Nights Sleep is essential to your beauty routine,
2. How Sleep Changes throughout your life,
3. Sleep challenges for older adults,
4. 10 top tips to beat insomnia, and
5. Living with insomnia - myths debunked.

Each part will be released daily. Come back each day for the latest instalment! I truly hope that this will be really useful for you. Please do comment below about the series and anything you may like to add about how you cope, or don't with insomnia.

Part 1 is HERE!
Enjoy!
