INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY - WHAT WILL YOU DO? COME JOIN ME!

Helloooooooo! With #InternationalWomensDay just a week away, I've begun planning what I will be doing to highlight the role of women in society. This year the theme is " gender parity" . On an academic level we know what it means but we need to see it put into action! A great starting point for my plans is  the IWD 2018 website. I have already made a pledge. I think its a fabulous way to chip away at the gender parity problem that exists and getting results for not only us but our daughters, nieces, mothers, granddaughters and so the list goes on.
